What once felt ’normal’ now throws up any number of issues around confidence, anxiety and even guilt. How can you get back to normal and go back to work?

My return to work coaching programmes are designed for women returning to work after a career or maternity break.  Things will have changed.  Your role at work will most likely have changed too and perhaps you’re struggling to get to grips with the uncertainty, the changes to your routine.

I know only too well from my own experiences of being away from the workplace for 12 months how unsettling the whole experience was for me and I also know it was the coaching I had, and the time I spent talking over my issues that gave me the strength and resilience to return to work and to truly thrive. 

And now?  I love where I’m at and I hope I may be able to help you get there too.

Coaching sessions typically last 75 to 90 minutes for the initial meeting.  (We’ll have an initial chemistry chat first and there is no cost for that). Subsequent sessions last for 60 to 90 minutes.

We’ll also agree how you’d like the sessions to work.  Either on the phone or on Zoom, or in some cases, face to face.
