Have a look below – I hope you something you like. Do feel free to find out more about the material I deliver in my talks.
‘Behind the Smiles’
Anxiety. Fear. Guilt. Depression.
Oh yes, I know only too well what was behind my smiles.
My keynote talks are about busting open the myth about women transitioning and returning to the workplace by confronting what’s really going on ‘Behind the Smiles.’
It’s not a super-slick presentation, that Mum’s won’t empathise with, because it’s about me.
An uncompromising portrait of the internal struggles of a chaotic mind of a normal mother living with post-natal depression, hidden behind gritted teeth and how there’s only one person who can break that habit of self-doubt and guilt and build the habits of confidence and courage in your workplace and in your life.

‘Where’s My Mojo’
It can take years for mother’s mojo to rebound after the birth of a baby. The idea of waiting until they’re in school can sometimes be more sickening than the whole 9 months of pregnancy, so Julie explains how to speed up that process of reclaiming your mummy mojo.

‘Nervous As Hell About Going Back’
In this talk, Julie shares the very real thoughts of a mother returning to her job and how those nerves can be overpowered so you can reset the foundations for your future life filled with growth and success alongside your family without the sacrifices and pressure.

‘The Great Pretender’
Breaking news: Imposter Syndrome is normal, and it’s actually a good sign. Feeling like a ‘fraud’ usually means you are pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone, which is the number one way to achieve things that matter to you. So, when you think about returning to work, how do you go from being totally uncomfortable and doubting yourself every step of the way to feeling confident? Julie busts open this topic and shares her blueprint to having a successful return to work game-plan.
